1. Service Description

CLARQ ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-curated intelligence reports focused on global trade, supply chain, and business news. Our service delivers personalized email reports based on your selected regions and subscription tier.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Basic Plan: Free weekly reports (3 articles per region)
Pro Plan: $1/month - Weekday reports (5 articles per region)
Elite Plan: $10/month - Daily reports (10 articles per region)

      💳 Billing: Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly through PayPal. Billing begins immediately upon subscription confirmation.
    

3. Refund Policy

🚫 NO REFUNDS: All sales are final. Due to the immediate delivery of digital intelligence content upon subscription, we do not offer refunds for any subscription plans.

By subscribing, you acknowledge:

You receive immediate access to premium intelligence reports
The service is delivered as digital content via email
You understand the service terms before purchasing
All payments are non-refundable

4. Cancellation & Unsubscribe

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

Email Unsubscribe: Click the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving reports
PayPal Cancellation: Cancel your subscription directly in your PayPal account to stop future billing
Support: Email support@clarq.ai for assistance

      ⚠️ Important: Cancellation stops future billing and emails immediately. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period.
    

5. Content & Accuracy

CLARQ provides AI-generated summaries and insights based on publicly available news content. We make no guarantees about:

Accuracy or completeness of information
Timeliness of news updates
Business or investment outcomes
